TENNESSEE
Registrations, Cancellations, and Refund Polices - All registrations begin through contact with Pamela at ThetaPrayer by email, website, phone, or in person. Registrations are considered ‘received’ once the non-refundable deposit has been received and acknowledged. Deposits can be made through PayPal (conveniently located on this site, where you can also choose the CreditCard option), or through check. If paying by check, mailing address will be provided by request. Balance due is required at the beginning of class with check or credit card and can be paid early and still be refundable (minus deposit). Registration Deadline is typically 5 days before class starts.
If participant cannot attend, the amount of non-refundable deposit may be partially applied toward private session(s) or wholly toward a different class through ThetaPrayer, depending on the circumstance. If student is unable to complete the class due to personal sickness or death in family, student may be offered attendance to a future class (within 12 months of original class start date) through ThetaPrayer, depending on the circumstances and sole discretion of ThetaPrayer, LLC. The deposit is not transferrable to a different person. If class is cancelled by ThetaPrayer, total refund of class payments to ThetaPrayer will be provided to the participant. All travel costs, lodging, and food for the student are the responsibility of the student. Seminars are subject to minimum registration.
